Submitting a form or sending a message does not by itself create a confirmed booking. A service is confirmed only after availability, route and the final agreed terms have been communicated directly.
Itineraries
Published itineraries are indicative. Traffic, weather, opening hours, strikes, ticket availability, site regulations or other circumstances may require changes to timing or order.
Tickets, Meals and Guides
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, entrance tickets, meals, drinks and licensed archaeological guides are not included.
Driver and Guiding
Drivers may share general information while travelling but do not provide licensed guiding inside archaeological sites or museums.
Cancellations and Payment
Final cancellation, payment, refund and no-show terms should be communicated to the guest before confirmation and added here once the business’s official policy is finalized.
